Shana Peschek

Shana is the Executive Director of the Machinists Institute, leading efforts to strengthen aerospace, manufacturing, automotive, and machinist workforce training through innovative education and apprenticeship programs. With an MBA and more than a decade of experience advancing skilled trades education, she is dedicated to disrupting multigenerational poverty through access to quality training and career pathways.
